Commissioned by a group of friends, this design was made to act as the cover art for a tabletop game podcast. Given creative freedom, it was my goal to create a scene that drew from popular fantasy iconography while creating a central image, the sword in the stone with the tankard, that could stand on its own. Featured are the two final drafts with the most major design difference being the sky background.
